Advanced Billing Associate

High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business equivalent strongly preferred.

Working as an integral team member in lowering overall billing cycles times and increasing collections, the Advanced Billing Associate will prepare a minimum of 150+ basic Firm Fixed Price (FF)/Time & Material (TM) and commercial invoices per month, completing them accurately and compliantly in support of revenue, EBIT and cash goals. You'll be expected to follow all billing policies and procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits as well as track and maintain billing information in the financial systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other accounting regulations

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business equivalent strongly preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes and practices
• Basic understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFAR, DCAA, DCMA, DoD, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Sarbanes-Oxley Act preferred
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of accounting software applications such as MS Excel, Hyperion Essbase, Oracle

NOTE: This position will require an on-site presence in either Scottsdale AZ, Manassas VA, or Pittsfield MA. Flex scheduling is available, but proximity to a hub is necessary.

Target salary range: USD $30.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
