Staffmark is hiring a Bilingual Call Center Representative in Austin, TX. Let us help you get a fresh start and develop your clerical skills along the way.

Pay: $16 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm-7pm CST (20-25 hours) Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to billing and payment inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Accurately update customer accounts and log call details in the system.
  • Resolve customer issues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and follow-up coaching sessions to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance goals.




Qualifications:



  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
  • Previous call center, customer service, or billing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in-office during scheduled hours and remain flexible for potential schedule changes.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use call center software.
