Global Tax Manager

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance filings (income, sales & use, property, etc.), estimated payments, audits, and transfer pricing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax provisions, reconciliations, and disclosures in compliance with ASC 740.
  • Prepare footnote disclosures and documentation of uncertain tax positions, maintaining compliance with ASC 740-10.
  • Partner with external advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities to monitor legislative changes and support effective tax strategies.
  • Maintain proper SOX documentation and strengthen internal controls for all tax-related processes.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy within the tax function.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. MST or JD a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive tax experience, with exposure to both compliance and provision in multi-entity/global environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of ASC 740, federal, state, and international tax law.
  • Proficiency with tax research and preparation software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across functions and with senior leadership.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and staying current with evolving tax legislation.

The base pay for this position is $125,000 to $150,000.

This position is also eligible for a bonus plan.

Squat or bend to perform various duties. Occasionally climb stairs.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
