- Pipeline Engineering & Ownership:
- Architect, implement, and maintain gitlab-ci.yml pipelines for build, test, packaging, and deployment of .NET (Core 8) apps and services.
- Standardize reusable pipeline templates, stages, and jobs; enable dynamic child pipelines, cache and artifacts for speed and traceability.
- Manage GitLab Runners (shared/specific; Linux/Windows; autoscaling) and optimize concurrency and cost.
- Build, Test, and Release for C#/.NET:
- Automate dotnet restore/build/test/publish, MSBuild, NuGet packaging, and versioning (SemVer).
- Integrate xUnit/NUnit/MSTest with code coverage; enforce quality gates with SonarQube/SonarCloud (or GitLab Code Quality).
- Publish artifacts to GitLab Package Registry/NuGet feeds and container images to GitLab Container Registry.

- Instrument pipeline metrics (duration, queue time, failure rate) and flake analysis; establish SLIs/SLOs for CI reliability.
- Build executive and team dashboards using GitLab Analytics and export to BI when needed.
- Collaboration & Enablement:
- Partner with Engineering, QA, SRE/Platform, and Security to align pipeline policies with product goals.
- Mentor developers in GitLab CI best practices, trunk-based development, and MR workflows; lead internal workshops and documentation.
