Partner with the Best

The Value Realization & Synergy Leader is responsible for designing and managing frameworks that measure the financial and operational impact of M&A integrations and carve-outs. This role ensures that synergy targets are clearly defined, tracked, and realized across business units. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, operations, and strategy teams to monitor progress, escalate gaps, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

As a Value Realization & Synergy Leader, you will be responsible for:

Synergy Tracking Frameworks & KPIs

  • Develop and maintain synergy tracking frameworks, including financial models, KPIs, and reporting templates.

  • Align tracking methodology with deal rationale, business case assumptions, and strategic goals.

  • Ensure frameworks are scalable and adaptable across different deal types and business units.

Monitoring & Escalation

  • Track synergy realization progress across functional and business teams.

  • Identify variances from targets and escalate gaps to leadership with root cause analysis.

  • Recommend corrective actions and support reforecasting efforts when needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Operations to validate synergy assumptions and ensure alignment on tracking mechanisms.

  • Facilitate regular reviews with workstream owners to assess progress and resolve issues.

  • Act as a liaison between integration teams and executive stakeholders.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver executive-level dashboards and reports summarizing synergy performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Provide insights that inform strategic decisions and operational adjustments.

  • Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and tailored to stakeholder needs.

Continuous Improvement

  • Capture lessons learned from past deals to refine tracking frameworks and processes.

  • Maintain a repository of best practices and reusable assets for future transactions. Drive a culture of accountability and value realization across the organization.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

  • Candidates with experience in Supply Chain Finance are especially encouraged to apply, as this background is highly relevant to the role.

  • 8+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, strategy, or transformation roles.

  • Strong financial modeling and KPI development skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

  • Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
