Apply Keck Medicine of USC Hospital Los Angeles, California The Associate Administrator, Enterprise Data & Analytics will provide the overarching vision and strategy for data analysis, data governance and utilization, and assessment for different constituencies across the health system. The incumbent will oversee a wide range of data related functions and teams to define, develop, build, and sustain enterprise data, governance, and quality. Provide comprehensive information and analyses to decision-makers at all levels of the institution, working closely with Information Services and the related departments. Demonstrate highly effective collaboration and influence skills used to interface with a diverse, network of business, operations, and thought leaders and executives. Incumbent will effectively understand problems from a broad perspective, anticipate impact, and provide solutions. The mission of the incumbent is to make data an asset of the organization and to solve complex business problems. Work closely with the research organization to identify novel ways using data to solve complex problems. Collaborate with the Chief Research Informatics Officer to identify complex use cases. Act as a change agent to its various constituents of the organization with thorough understanding of the business while utilizing data. Essential Duties:

The annual base salary range for this position is $233,267.00 - $384,892.00.
