Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20-$26/hour (weekly pay while on assignment)

What You'll Do Day-to-Day



  • Organize office operations and procedures, manage filing systems, and oversee supply needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about insurance products and services with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Communicate with agents, coworkers, and customers to clarify underwriting guidelines, policies, and account details.
  • Review, analyze, and resolve account-related questions promptly.
  • Monitor and assign clerical functions to support smooth office operations.
  • Assist with minor HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure customer experiences are positive, professional, and aligned with company values.

What We're Looking For



  • 3+ years of office or customer service experience required; insurance experience strongly desired but not required.
  • Must be willing to study for and obtain an insurance license within 30 days of hire (company-paid).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle inquiries with care and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a close-knit team.
