A summary of responsibilities includes but not limited to promoting and guarding the community property and assets against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by unauthorized persons while meeting and/or exceeding Grand Oaks service standards. Requirements of Security Specialist:
Shift: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Night Shift Weekend work required Non-Exempt Salary Range: Minimum 20.40/hour - Maximum 33.65/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
