As a Real Estate Sales Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for members, potential members, and internal business units seeking information about our real estate lending products and services. High School or GED (required)
Experience
1+ year of similar or related experience is required. (required)
Previous call center, sales support, banking, or mortgage lending environment experience preferred. (preferred) Excellent telephone skills, computer / keyboard skills. (required) Self-starter, capable of working with general instructions and minimal supervision. (required) Good math skills. (required) Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent organizational skills. (required) Must be able to multi-task and solve problems.
