As a Security Professional- Healthcare Patrol in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at this healthcare location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and monitoring assigned areas. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, and you'll provide a reassuring presence for staff, patients, and visitors. This position requires driving as part of your daily responsibilities. You will also be responsible for responding to incidents, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and a caring approach. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior, adapting to the unique needs of a healthcare environment.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, including property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and/or local authorities as required.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
