The Analyst - Clinical Transformation will collaborate with others on initiatives critical to improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients. They will work with a team of highly-motivated individuals with management consulting, process public health, change management, and healthcare delivery experience and are expected to effectively manage individual work streams and communicate recommendations to their team leads and cross-functional partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics and Strategic Synthesis:

  • Analyzes large datasets to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations

  • Utilizes analytical approaches or frameworks, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) when appropriate

  • Generate and prepare patient outreach lists for various engagement initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Develop, manage, and distribute recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators for various patient engagement programs.

Clinical Expertise

  • Builds deep understanding of clinical processes associated with dialysis; observes operations to incorporate 'real-world' considerations into work

  • Learns physiological context that informs 'why' or 'how' an intervention may impact patient health outcomes

Collaborative Problem Solving:

  • Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities

  • Shows intellectual curiosity and willingness to question 'why' or 'how can we do this better?'

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review data, discuss program performance, and align on operational strategies

  • Develops understanding of how work fits into the bigger picture

Written & Oral Communication:

  • Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis

Project management:

  • Creates and manages individual work plan and contributes to overall project plan

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred in a relevant field

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst in a professional working environment 1-4 years

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred

  • Evidence of strong partnership ability preferred

  • Understanding of analytics and reporting

  • Stakeholder management experience

  • Healthcare experience preferred, not required

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

The Salary Range for the role is $56,500.00-$83,000.00 per year.
