Job Summary:

• Performs a variety of ultrasound procedures using required ACR standards.
• Assists the Radiologist with invasive procedures when required.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound image acquisition.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of EPIC and PACS workflow.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

-Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program

-Provides evidence of continuing education as required to maintain certification

-Current ARDMS and CPR certification

-At least two years as a diagnostic technologist/sonographer preferred, but not required

-Strong prioritization and triage skills are necessary to maintain a smooth workflow

-Proficiency in scanning general, vascular, upper and lower extremity venous Doppler, as well as some pediatric exams, is also required.

Shift: We are currently looking for PRN help on an as needed basis on days, evenings and some weekends.

-Weekends are 7a-3:30p or 11a-7:30p

-Weekdays are Monday through Friday 11:30a-8p or 3p-11:30p.

-1 call shift is required per month and would need to participate in holiday rotation.

-Candidate must be reliable & able to work independently.

Salary Range: Minimum 54.00/hour - Maximum 54.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
