Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Business development owner for OMD product division.
  • Accurate forecast for booking, shipping and revenue, provide clear guidance for the product build plans and the revenue risk/upside assessments.
  • Deep understanding of the product values and the strengths and weaknesses of divisional and competitor products.
  • Close monitoring on the product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel
  • Able to address the pricing strategy based on the regional business situation, provide guidance on the customer-based package deals to maximize the revenue and margin.
  • Provide periodic market map analysis to Division stakeholders, help the team to set the right business objectives and engagement strategy.
  • Business insight into the annual strategic plans for short-term and long-term planning.
  • Cultivate technical and operational relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Conduct technology roadmap alignment.
  • Up to 20% of travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will understand the semiconductor market and know how to forecast.
  • Have current experience in peer companies within the semiconductor industry with sales, business development or marketing background.
  • Also willing to accept semiconductor backend industry experience.
  • Hasbasic negotiation sense and analytical skills.
  • Must have financial/business savvy.
  • Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term.
  • Able to derive/understand the proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed the objectives.
  • Aptitude to navigate through complex and dynamic selling environment.
  • Experience working with Global customers.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

Base Pay Range: $177,900.00 - $302,400.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA KLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
