About the role: This role supports the billing and reporting operations process by invoicing clients, tracking and collecting payments, and ensuring that all invoices are error-free and paid in full. They update and maintain records, manage client accounts, and coordinate with the Finance team to evaluate client accounts. They act as a point of escalation for resolving billing discrepancies and also assist in month-end closings, reports, and annual financial audits. This job can be done in one of the following CLA offices: Madison, WI or Monticello, MN. This job is working in our CLA office. Essential Job Functions:
Requirements: Experience: * 2 years of relevant experience required. Prior billing experience (invoicing, tracking, collecting payments) preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. Certifications / Licenses: None required This job is working in our CLA office.
