The Clinical Training Manager oversees the training, onboarding, and ongoing education of clinical and non-clinical Care Management staff with a focus on utilization management workflows and the effective use of clinical information systems, including Jiva. This role ensures high-quality performance by building staff competency, supporting system adoption, and aligning training programs with organizational and departmental goals. As a working manager, this position provides hands-on training, manages training initiatives, develops content, and supports performance improvement in partnership with clinical leadership. The manager also serves as a key liaison with IT, system administrators, and quality teams to ensure training materials reflect current workflows, compliance requirements, and system updates. Education: Nursing degree, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical healthcare field (preferred) AA degree in an allied health professional field (required) Licensure:
