About our group: This Facilities Program/Project Manager position will report to the Facilities Operations group at Seagate's manufacturing site in Bloomington, MN. This position will be on-site Monday-Friday with daytime hours. You will get to work with a variety of our staff, while working on real projects that provide lasting value to the Facilities Department and Seagate. About the role - you will: The Facilities Program/Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of service contracts that support workplace operations and employee experience. This role ensures that contracted services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements. The manager will serve as the primary liaison between vendors, internal stakeholders, and facilities leadership. Contract Management & Oversight, administer and manage contracts for the following services: Food Service (Cafeteria, Vending, Office Coffee) Interior Plant Care Fitness Center Operations Site Reproduction Services Cellular Phone Services Janitorial Services Shredding Services Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs. Conduct regular reviews and audits of service delivery and compliance. Project & Program Leadership Lead initiatives to improve service quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Coordinate cross-functional teams for service transitions, upgrades, or expansions. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the point of contact for internal departments regarding service needs and escalations. Facilitate regular communication between vendors and internal teams. Gather feedback and implement improvements based on user experience. Financial & Operational Management Track and manage budgets related to service contracts. Support procurement processes including RFPs, contract renewals, and negotiations. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. About you: Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple service vendors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software. Your experience includes: Experience with sustainability initiatives in facilities services. Familiarity with workplace wellness and employee experience programs. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Facilities Management (FMP, CFM) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field. The estimated base wage range for this position is $31.44 - $44.96/hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
