Salary Range

$85,000 - $105,000 (annual)


What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development


  • Lead and guide a team of electronic technicians in executing preventive, corrective, and project-related maintenance on electronic systems.



  • Set performance expectations, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.



  • Mentor, coach, and develop staff to reach their highest potential and maintain high standards of behavior, output, and collaboration.




CrossFunctional Collaboration


  • Build and nurture effective relationships with senior management, peers, clients, and direct reports-fostering trust, respect, and unity in purpose.



  • Work seamlessly across departments to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans, respond to emergencies, and manage operational challenges that may affect revenue service.




Planning & Scheduling


  • Create optimized maintenance plans and shift schedules that make efficient use of personnel and resources while supporting continuous revenue service.



  • Anticipate and plan for disruptions-develop contingency strategies to adapt work schedules with minimal impact to operations.




Administrative & Data Management


  • Accurately log all time and material usage in the MAXIMO system: open and close work orders, ensure completeness of records, and sign off on work meeting all quality and procedural requirements.



  • Track, review, and analyze equipment failures, Service Quality Factors (SQF), AFC performance, attendance, performance issues, and other metrics.



  • Follow through on commitments, resolve issues, and ensure clear and timely communication across all levels of the organization.




Safety & Risk Management


  • Enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. Regularly audit and monitor staff to ensure safe work practices and proper certification.



  • Conduct safety risk assessments, inspections, and promptly address safety concerns or incidents.



  • Report all safety incidents, accidents, or issues fully and transparently, ensuring accountability and corrective action where needed.
