What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop an Environmental Services team Oversee daily staffing, workflow, and operational excellence Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards Partner with hospital leaders to deliver an exceptional patient experience Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Two or more years of leadership experience in Environmental Services, Hospitality, Housekeeping, or a related operational environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Healthcare Environmental Services experience preferred Bring your leadership to ChristianaCare and help create an environment where patients can heal and caregivers can thrive. Apply today. Hourly Pay Range: $22.29 - $33.44 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
