We have an exciting opportunity that you won't want to miss! Advantage Technical has partnered with a leading company in Beverly, MA, to hire a Material Handler. This is your chance to work for a company that values integrity and is invested in your success!

Pay $22 per hour

Schedule 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Shipping:



  • Prepare and ship products to customers according to ERP system instructions.
  • Package, label, and transfer products to protect them during transport.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to execute special shipping requirements.
  • Prepare shipments to outside vendors and manage UPS & FedEx ship manager software for label creation and pickups.


Stock Control:



  • Issue materials to manufacturing locations based on job package requirements.
  • Assemble and review parts kits, and transfer completed kits to assembly areas.
  • Maintain organized stock locations and perform daily cycle counts.
  • Optimize storage space to reduce errors and improve efficiency.


Receiving:



  • Receive and inspect incoming materials and record in ERP system.
  • Process returned goods (RGA) and store appropriately.
  • Operate and maintain forklift as needed.



Required Competencies & Skills



  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask accurately and efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with team members.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP or MRP systems.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and commitment to excellence.
