Cyber Test Event Leads/Staff - 1274

Summary

Dignitas is seeking a Cyber Table Top (CTT) Test Event lead/staff member with experience executing, test events including dev/prep and creation of virtualized environments. Ability to perform CTTs and Mission-Based Cybersecurity Risk Assessment (MBCRA) events. CTT staff are called upon to prepare and perform CTTs for the government and provide detailed risk analysis reports of cybersecurity vulnerabilities found in the event.

Candidates should have a broad background in cybersecurity and risk assessments with direct government CTT NCR program experience.

Essential Functions

Understanding and appropriate application of network sensors and traffic generation tools as applied toward a test/range environment

TS/SCI Eligibility Ability to Obtain. - This is a MUST to perform this effort.

Specific Required Skills

Experienced with test ranges/facilities

Ability to build and assess network and software systems architectures.

Demonstrated experience with technical writing and oral communication focused wither leadership and customer stakeholders

Desired Skills

• Agile, DevSecOps implementations
• High-level knowledge of cyber concepts, penetration testing methods, vulnerabilities, information assurance, and security methodology
• Software development leadership
• Cost estimation experience
• Experience in researching and implementing new technologies
• DT&E and OT&E experience
• Current TS/SCI Eligibility

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position requires team interaction and broad experience. Leadership experience is a plus. Responsibilities include significant customer interaction, participation within a team of 3-6 people for each CTT, developing tailored attack vectors against the system, conducting large-scale wargames with up to 100 participants, conducting detailed risk-based analysis of the findings, writing the findings report, and briefing senior leadership in the DoD.

Work Location

This is a full-time on-site position located at a customer site in Charleston, South Carolina.

Travel

This position has a 50% travel requirement.

Required Education and Experience

7+ years of related engineering experience

Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen

Must currently have Top Secret Level Security Clearance
