Job Description:

Crowe Global is transforming the management and delivery of its global restricted list, global independence checks, and global conflict checks currently managed through the network's own built Member Portal. Crowe Global is implementing a new technology platform and designing a new operating model to drive this transformation. The new technology platform will hold global restricted list data and be used to facilitate the origination of and response to negative and positive global independence checks and global conflict of interest checks. The platform will apply the appropriate regulatory rule sets / professional standards (e.g., IESBA, SEC, UK, etc.), configured for Crowe Global policies, to entities. Efficient access to data, whether from the restricted list or circulation of independence checks and conflict checks, will enable member firms and their personnel to determine whether there is a potential conflict or threat to independence. Crowe Global sees the implementation of a new restricted list and conflict check platform as a natural development of its commitment to quality management in all disciplines and management and protection of its brand. Crowe Global's vision is to Work As One and the new platform is a critical strategic development to facilitate the integration and growth of the network.

Project Manager will be responsible for coordination and delivery of the large-scale, multi-year, cross-border, global strategic initiative. Develop and manage the overall work plan, schedule, resource requirements, and budget variances. Advocate for transparency and operational improvement. Assist with driving alignment, consistency, prioritization, and accountability in support of the Crowe Global restricted list, independence check, and conflict checking strategic initiative.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Program Director and Stakeholders to transition a project from the Initiate to the Planning phase, continuing to manage the project through Execution, Control and Close Phases. Also, to work with Product Ownership to transition project solutions delivered into ongoing operations. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities as required based on project complexity:

Initiation and Planning for upcoming Conflict Checking phase

  • Establish Conflict Checking phase project collaboration content (Team SharePoint site and ADO).
  • Develop project approach, plans to meet stated project objectives and functional as well as non-functional requirements (product backlog, WBS, budget, schedule, etc.).
  • Work with Program Sponsor, Business Analyst, Data Specialist and Global Conflict Solution Leader to articulate and finalize project requirements, establish initial product backlog items and complete final baseline estimate
  • Develop risk mitigation, change control, communication and quality assurance plans.
  • Provide support for the contracting process, as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate a Conflict Checking Project Kick-off Meeting to transition the project into the Execution.

Execution and Control

  • Implement and monitor project execution, including project plan and schedule, product delivery and acceptance.
  • Manage project issues and risk mitigation, change, communication and quality assurance plans.
  • Manage and release project resources throughout the project, with consideration of resource availability, allocation, and other obligations and constraints.
  • Manage vendor(s) and contract(s) as required by the project.
  • Monitor and manage issue tracking and resolution within and around the project.
  • Manage project budget to include any necessary change orders, and deviations including facilitation of proper approvals as required.
  • Prepare any project status reports as required and other project update communications requested.
  • Manage project scope, schedule and budget and, as necessary, any project change requests.
  • Foster and promote team collaboration, teamwork and individual and team growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings including, for example, daily standups, , routine Core Team meetings, and Executive updates.
  • Leverage existing Change Management content to ensure training and communications plans are developed and executed accordingly.
  • Working with the Business Analyst, ensure that all aspects of the solution are thoroughly tested and obtain signoff from project sponsor and/or key stakeholders for the completed and tested solution to move to production.
  • Determine and publish project acceptance, completion, deployment and closure requirements and documentation.
  • Obtain approval before moving the project deliverable into Production/Go Live status.

Close/Transition into Product Ownership

  • Ensure the transition of a project's outputs/product delivery into ongoing Product Management, ensuring a Product Management process is established, with ownership and governance designed and assigned as required.
  • Obtain formal project acceptance from the sponsor.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and facilitate project closure (including lessons learned, archiving, project sponsor sign-off, etc.).
  • Provide project team members with performance feedback.
  • Ensure any consultants that were onboarded are off boarded upon completion of the project.

  • Time Commitment: 100%
  • Target Start Date: no later than January 2026
  • Expected Duration: 18 months
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management of cloud SaaS enterprise resource planning (ERP) (e.g. Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, SAP S/4) implementations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering strong results orientated project management skills and be highly effective at follow through to ensure delivery. Must be detail orientated with a focus on planning and organization.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management - must demonstrate customer focus, highly effective communication skills (written and verbal), a win-win approach to meeting business requirements, experience working with C-suite stakeholder, and resolving conflicts.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating ability to build quick and effective work rapport with others and strong teambuilding skills. Needs to be able to facilitate groups to achieve required objectives and goals.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating in agile and adaptable roles and learning new business processes. Needs to have knowledge of process improvement techniques and the ability to develop improvement action plans with groups.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with project performance metrics, change management, and requirements gathering.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or willingness to achieve PMP within first 12 months) or at least seven years of experience.
  • Five years relevant information technology project management.
  • Experience working on international projects across the globe dealing with various time zones and understanding local customs is a plus.
  • Global travel may be required to perform job duties.
  • As required, work after-hours to support global time zone requirements.
