WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Quality Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance within the organization. This position is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), as well as the effective management of the Quality Assurance (QA) team. Through proactive leadership and collaboration, the Quality Manager supports cross-functional teams-including Product Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D-to drive quality excellence across all stages of the product lifecycle. This role is also accountable for investigating and resolving quality issues related to raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods, while fostering a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the plant. In addition to overseeing the quality department's budget and resource planning, the Quality Manager identifies and leads capital improvement projects (CAPEX) and quality initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities to ensure that quality objectives align with broader organizational goals.
