In this role, you will leverage finance and data analytics expertise to design and evaluate financial models, translate complex results into clear visualizations, and provide strategic guidance on revenue trends and performance drivers. You will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate revenue and sales reporting, performing ad hoc analyses with actionable recommendations, and supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle. By combining technical rigor with strong business insight, you will ensure that revenue performance is not only measured but optimized to drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep financial and operational understanding of the business, including its mission, products, services, clients, and strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, monitoring forecast performance, identifying key variance drivers, and delivering clear, actionable insights for current and future periods.

  • Build, manage, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, inform strategic decision-making, and support long-term business goals.

  • Partner with key stakeholders during periodic forecasting and annual planning cycles, providing financial support and business insights.

  • Prepare detailed trend and variance analyses, translating data into meaningful recommendations that help optimize performance.

  • Contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives based on evolving business priorities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field of study; or equivalent experience.

  • 2 - 4 years' direct experience in financial planning & analysis, business analytics, and/or corporate or strategic finance.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and various financial analysis tools, such as trend and variance analyses.

  • Experience utilizing a large integrated ERP/MRP computer system (e.g., Oracle, SAP), a plus.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Workday, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar systems, preferred.

  • Experience working in a subscription-based business, preferred.
