Location: Off-Site (Remote) with occasional travel to Richmond, VA

Clearance Required: Active DoD Secret


Position Summary

Ellumen, a three-time Top Workplace, is headquartered in Silver Spring, MD. We provide a broad spectrum of information technology and ancillary services to government and commercial customers. We are seeking a remote Project Manager to join us in support of an upcoming DLA opportunity.

The Task Order Project Manager (PM) serves as the single point of contact to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for all contract performance, technical execution, and administrative management activities under the MEBS Sustainment and Development Support Services task order. The PM ensures timely delivery of all contract deliverables, coordinates resources across technical task areas, and manages communication with the DLA Joint Contingency & Expeditionary Services (JCXS) Program Office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the MEBS sustainment and development task order.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor, DLA Contracting Officer (CO), and COR.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure contract deliverables meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation including the Project Management Plan, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Monthly Status Reports.
  • Coordinate all subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with task order requirements.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain program continuity.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly status meetings and briefings with the JCXS PMO.
  • Ensure quality control, configuration management, and cybersecurity compliance across all task areas.
  • Supervise key and non-key personnel, fostering a high-performance team environment.



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience on large-scale IT or defense logistics programs.
  • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams across geographically dispersed environments.
  • Familiarity with DLA JETS 2.0 framework and DoD program management policies preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
