The Role Our team collaborates with internal and external partners to successfully execute large, complex LNG gas projects while maintaining adherence to schedules, budgets, and risk management. What You'll Do * Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of Capital Projects within the LNG portfolio in New England, focusing on safe and reliable natural gas delivery * Oversee LNG projects, including new facilities and major modifications, while managing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely completion * Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration across various departments, including Engineering, Operations, and Asset Management, to optimize resource utilization * Identify and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and National Grid standards, including obtaining necessary permits * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all project-related documents and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and senior leadership * Negotiate and execute change orders with design teams and contractors, ensuring all project adjustments are documented and approved * Promote best practices in project management and provide consulting expertise to peers, while also engaging with regulatory agencies as needed About You * A bachelor's degree in engineering and relevant experience in project management, engineering, and construction operations is required; an MBA is preferred * Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred, along with proven experience in delivering complex projects successfully * 7+ years of experience in project management, construction, or engineering roles, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement * Familiarity with LNG, gas system operations, and relevant industry codes and regulations is preferred, along with direct experience in construction and environmental projects * Strong skills in prioritizing work, managing multiple projects, influencing, negotiating, and change management, with a focus on budget and time constraints * Experience with project management tools like Primavera P6 is preferred * Valid driver's license required More Information Salary $142,000 - $167,000 a year This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
