Summary of the Job: You will develop and execute the MarTech roadmap for digital marketing, overseeing a comprehensive technology stack including the Zeta Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Platform, and various content creation tools. This position requires deep expertise in email marketing channels, marketing automation strategies, and data-driven campaign orchestration to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale. Supporting a team of marketing technology specialists, you'll serve as the operational bridge between marketing objectives and technical implementation, ensuring efficient processes and seamless integration across platforms and departments. Success in this role requires balancing operational excellence with technical understanding, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and people leadership skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional ability to optimize marketing operations, build collaborative relationships across business units, lead process improvements, and consistently deliver measurable business results through operational efficiency and data-driven decision making. Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $89,893.00-$152,818.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: This position is open to remote candidates, reflecting our commitment to attracting exceptional talent regardless of geography. We've designed a flexible work arrangement that adapts to your geographic location. For candidates residing within 30 miles of the primary posted location, this position requires onsite presence three (3) days a week. For those beyond this radius, embrace the freedom to contribute to our mission remotely while maintaining strong team connections. Regardless of your location, you'll be fully integrated into our team through robust digital collaboration tools and regular communication.
