We're hiring entry-level Metal Finishing Platers to support a high-performing production team in Alexandria, MN. If you're looking for hands-on experience, long-term opportunity, and a stable schedule, this is the role for you!

Pay Rates:



  • 1st Shift: $17.50/hour
  • 2nd Shift: $20.13/hour (includes shift differential)



Shifts Available:



  • 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:15 PM - 1:15 AM



What You'll Do:



  • Support line operators and gradually take on more responsibilities
  • Learn and apply proper racking techniques to improve part quality and quantity
  • Build and maintain racks for different products
  • Perform post-plating rinsing and drying
  • Inspect and package finished products according to quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE



What You'll Need:



  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Steel-toe shoes required
  • Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
