Job Title: People Partner (Contractor) About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and experienced People Partner (Contractor) to support a fast-paced, tech-focused HR team during a period of rapid integration and organizational change. This individual will partner closely with two HR Business Partners (HRBPs) who support a combined employee population of approximately 300 team members across engineering, marketing, and related functions. Reporting directly to a senior HRBP (Director-level), this role will serve as a critical point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. You'll help scale programs and processes, provide coaching to managers, and offer insights that shape the broader people strategy. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, excels in ambiguous environments, and is motivated to build and improve while navigating change.
