About the Role: We're seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive user acquisition and engagement for their Job Search mobile app. This role sits within the Growth Acquisition team and plays a critical part in expanding the app's user base across global markets. You'll manage high-impact paid campaigns, experiment across channels, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and scale growth. In this role, you'll join a talented, collaborative team that includes specialists in Display, App Store Advertising, and Social Campaigns, each contributing their unique expertise while sharing ownership of the app growth strategy.

What You'll Do



  • Plan, launch, and optimize mobile app acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage large-scale budgets (typically $5M-$10M annually) to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Analyze campaign data using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) to inform optimization and reporting
  • Develop A/B tests for creative, targeting, and messaging to drive continuous performance improvements
  • Partner closely with the Creative Strategy team to provide insights and feedback for high-performing ad assets
  • Collaborate with internal growth and analytics teams to build cohesive, cross-channel strategies
  • Leverage internal robust, BI tools and SQL-like queries to uncover insights and guide data-driven decisions


What We're Looking For



  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running mobile app user acquisition campaigns
  • Proven success managing large monthly budgets across multiple channels
  • Deep understanding of mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and attribution platforms
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret data and act on insights
  • Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and user funnel metrics
  • Hands on experience with SQL or internal BI tools for querying and reporting
