Production Associate - Argos, IN

Pay: $15-$18/hr. DOE

Schedule Options: 1st Shift | 2nd Shift | 3rd Shift

What You'll Do

• Safely package materials and finished products following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitor conveyor belts, clear jams, and keep production moving smoothly.
• Inspect bottles and products for quality, performing drop tests and reporting defects immediately.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and organization to meet customer specifications.
• Move materials and finished goods to designated areas efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and restock supplies to keep production running.
• Work as a team player in a fast-paced production environment, supporting colleagues to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including mandatory overtime when business needs require.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious with a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented and willing to learn production processes, packaging techniques, and quality control standards.
