Mechanical Assembler

Staffmark is hiring Mechanical Assemblers to join a leading packaging solutions manufacturer in Alexandria, MN. Whether you're looking to grow your skills or take your career to the next level, this is a great opportunity to join a reliable, supportive team in a hands-on role.

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $17.50-$21.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $20.13-$24.15/hour (includes shift differential)

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM (4-day workweek!)

What You'll Do:

• Assemble mechanical parts using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Pull necessary materials and supplies for each job
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What You'll Bring:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on assembly experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
