Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities:



  • Interact daily with staff and vendors in a professional manner
  • Code and research problem invoices
  • Perform matching functions
  • Process high volume accounts payable transactions
  • Perform all other duties as required



Requirements:



  • High school diploma; some college strongly preferred
  • Two years of accounts payable experience REQUIRED
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; Oracle software experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and affinity to work with an interactive team
  • Must have high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with resourcefulness and initiative
