Your Role at Cabot We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HRIS to lead our Human Resources Information Systems function following a successful end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM. Based in Billerica, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing our Workday investment, optimizing HR processes, and supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives across the business. How You Will Make an Impact Key Responsibilities * Own the global HRIS strategy and roadmap, with Workday HCM at its core * Provide expert leadership post-implementation, driving system optimization, upgrades, and adoption * Partner closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to align HR technology solutions with organizational goals * Manage the business process implications of system configuration, security and workflow updates * Manage HRIS data governance in partnership with Cabot's Digital team * Lead a small HRIS team, ensuring high-quality support, training, and reporting services * Be responsible for business process management of other HR enabling technologies in the Benefits, Comp, Learning and Talent Acquisition space where relevant * Be responsible for developing Reporting and Analytics capability within the function and leading related activities * Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives * Ensure compliance with data privacy, internal policies, and external regulations What You Will Bring to Cabot Requirements * Proven experience managing Workday HCM, including post go-live ownership and optimization * Deep understanding of core Workday SKUs (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Payroll) * Experience in leading HRIS functions within complex organizations * Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills * Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operational details * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities * Based in or able to commute to Billerica, MA Preferred * Evidence of Workday certifications or training * Experience with additional Workday modules (e.g., Talent, Advanced Compensation, Payroll) * Previous experience in life sciences, technology, or manufacturing environment. How We'll Support Your Success: The pay range for this role is from 161,500 to 234,200. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skill, qualifications, experience and location. This role is eligible for comprehensive benefits on the first day of employment and an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance.
