We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Food and Beverage team to fill the position of Kitchen Supervisor.
The Kitchen Supervisor supports the culinary leadership team by overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and safety across all stations. This role combines hands-on cooking responsibilities with team coordination, helping maintain smooth workflow, high standards, and timely execution of service for restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining.

What you do each day:
Supervise and support line cooks and prep staff during service to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes, presentation, and portion standards.
Ensure all dishes are delivered on time and meet luxury hotel quality expectations.
Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in accordance with HACCP and health regulations.
Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies.
Train and guide new culinary staff on procedures, safety, and service standards.
Coordinate communication between kitchen stations and front-of-house teams.
Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
Assist the Sous Chef or Executive Chef with administrative tasks such as scheduling, prep lists, and daily shift briefings.
Uphold a positive work environment and foster teamwork and professionalism.
Does this sound like you?
Prior experience as a Lead Line Cook, Demi Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
Leadership ability with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in hot environments.
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
