We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team designing, building and testing, electro-optic mechanical stabilized system. The Systems Engineer will execute multiple aspects of the systems engineering discipline, to include requirements decomposition into software/hardware functions and system integration and test activities to ensure end to end system requirements closure. The system engineer will interact with the development teams, production teams, program leadership and customer regarding technical considerations and issue closure associated with our programs capabilities. The system engineer will work with other engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, optical, and software with analysis for different electro-optic mechanical stabilized systems. The salary for this role, depending on degree and experience, is: Engineer 2, Systems: $89,000 to $110,000 for an Engineer 2 [minimum experience of BS 0-5 years, MS+0 3 years] Staff Engineer, Systems:$110,000 to $135,000 for a Staff Engineer [minimum experience of BS+5 years, MS+3 years] However, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
