The Bar at Saint Kate is the heart of our social scene - where conversation, cocktails, and creativity come together.

• Lead bar operations during service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks with artistry and consistency.

• Mentor and support bartenders and bar backs, fostering teamwork and excellence behind the bar.

• Maintain product knowledge, staying current on trends in mixology, wine, and spirits.

• Assist in menu development and seasonal cocktail creation.

• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and responsible service standards.

• Oversee bar setup, inventory, ordering, and product rotation.

• Monitor service quality, guest interactions, and overall bar atmosphere.

• Collaborate with management and the F&B team to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform opening, closing, and cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity.

• Prior bartending experience required; leadership or bar lead experience strongly preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

• A creative approach to mixology with a focus on presentation and guest experience.

• Ability to multitask and perform gracefully under pressure in a high-volume setting.

• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and the art of the cocktail.
