What You'll Do: As our Director of Outpatient Services, you'll be the driving force behind our outpatient programs. Here's a sneak peek at your exciting responsibilities:

  • Lead the Charge: Plan, organize, and implement all things outpatient! You'll be the mastermind behind our administrative and program operations.
  • Train the Team: Develop and roll out a fun and engaging orientation and training plan for our amazing staff. Your leadership will inspire and motivate!
  • Community Connector: Act as our organization's ambassador! Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and individuals in the treatment community.
  • Policy Pro: Create and implement policies that empower our team and enhance our organizational culture.
  • Compliance Champion: Keep us on track with licensing requirements and ensure we're always ready for those surprise audits!
  • Mission-Driven: Help us grow by exploring new treatment divisions and revenue opportunities. Your ideas will shape our future!
  • Outreach Extraordinaire: Participate in outreach and marketing activities to spread the word about our programs and services.
  • Facility Fun: Oversee the maintenance of our space and ensure it's a welcoming environment for staff and clients alike.
  • Therapeutic Support: Jump in and facilitate group therapy sessions when needed-your expertise will shine here!
  • Workshop Wizard: Develop and manage exciting workshops and training seminars that engage and inspire.
  • Recruitment Rockstar: Help us find and hire the best talent, both independent contractors and employees.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field required from an accredited or state approved graduate school. Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work is required in the state in which you are applying (LISW, LASW, LMHC.)
  • Experience in an organization, other human service for profit organization or healthcare/hospital setting with a proven ability to bring passion, vision, direction and inspiration to others.
  • Minimum of two years' experience providing service in an outpatient setting.
  • Demonstrates an effective management approach in staff development, operations and programs within a senior management group consisting of highly competent staff.
  • Demonstrates an achievement record of building success upon the base of already successful programs and operations. Prior experience in an organization where private funding is received is highly desirable.
  • Exemplary experience in the planning, delivery and administration of social service, addiction and/or family programs and will use this background to enhance the clinical and programmatic services of the organization.
