Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic Adhoc Logistics team. This role oversees domestic and international shipments, with a focus on the LATAM region, supporting Tesla's CapEx, New Product Introduction (NPI), and prototype shipments globally. You'll coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of specialized materials. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in international logistics, including navigating complex regulatory environments and dangerous goods compliance. What You'll Do
- Coordinate cost-effective import/export shipments that meet delivery timelines and business requirements
- Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of all shipping documentation (air, ocean, ground) to comply with business needs and deadlines
- Ensure adherence to domestic and international regulations, including LATAM customs procedures, hazardous materials handling (IATA, IMDG), and global trade standards
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline processes, and improve carrier performance
- Provide responsive, high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle
- Monitor carrier KPIs and lead performance discussions during OIL calls
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals and drive operational excellence
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing logistics or supply chain operations Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, import/export procedures, and trade regulations, with emphasis on customs compliance for LATAM shipments, especially from Mexico DG certifications preferred; training available for qualified candidates Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity Proficiency in Spanish Willingness to travel up to 5%

Expected Compensation
$60,000 - $108,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
