What You'll Be Doing

Building Bridges Across Teams

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to create a technical roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Translate between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Shaping the Backend Technical Product Vision

• Maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects both business needs and technical opportunities.
• Refine backlog items regularly based on team input and evolving priorities.

Crafting Meaningful Stories

• Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document workflows and requirements to support shared understanding.

Leading with Purpose

• Support the execution of product features with a focus on quality, transparency, and team empowerment.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and contribute to a development process that's efficient, inclusive, and outcome-driven.

Solving Problems Together

• Help identify and resolve blockers, working with the team to find creative and sustainable solutions.
• Learn to assess system performance and suggest enhancements that improve usability, scalability, and efficiency.

What You Bring with You

Experience & Growth Potential

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in software product ownership or technical project coordination.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies, workflows and business domains quickly.

Technical Foundations

• Familiarity with backend e-commerce systems and architecture styles (e.g., microservices, event-driven).
• Basic understanding of technologies such as Java (Spring Boot), GraphQL, Kafka, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms like Azure.

Communication & Leadership

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly.
• Comfortable facilitating meetings and engaging with stakeholders.
