We're looking for a Technical Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of technology and people-and is ready for a challenging but rewarding career. You'll help lead backend software initiatives that drive real business impact, partnering with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to shape solutions that matter. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience, a solid technical foundation, a strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and grow into deeper ownership.This position is considered flexible remote. Travel to the office required once per quarter or more as needed. Residence required within our 6-state footprint (MI, WI, IL, IN, OH or KY) for remote position. We are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization. The pay range for this position is listed below. $86,000.00 - $134,000.00This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you'll be joining.
