Your Day-to-Day:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide real-time solutions
• Help with billing inquiries and educate customers on energy usage
• Support customers with online account and mobile app access
• Record and process account updates and commitments
• Respond to assist agency inquiries
• Work with Area Coordinators to resolve agency/customer issues
• Report fraudulent conditions to management
• Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members
• Meet daily performance and schedule adherence metrics
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Bilingual
• Experience assessing the severity of customer issues abilities
• Willingness to embrace challenges and grow within the role

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.50/hr. to $20.00/hr.
