ThisCommercial Customer Experience (CX) Analytics Internposition will support the commercial analytics team, focusing on customer experience effectiveness. The intern will design and evaluate A/B tests, report on customer experience initiatives, and visualize results. In addition to the stated duties, this position will also assist in developing reports and Tableau dashboards to track performance and progress toward goals. Join us in Madison, WI for a full-time, 12-week internship during summer 2026! The program is expected to begin in late May or early June. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a relocation stipend.
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
Query and analyze data to provideinsights into customer experience performance, preparing regular reports and presentations summarizing findings. Support the development and enhancement ofTableau dashboardsfor optimal user experience. Ensure customer experience teams can easily access and interpret performance metrics. Design and evaluate customer experience A/B tests to improve operational metrics and customer satisfaction Identifygrowth opportunitiesby assessing customer experience team performance against key benchmarks and recommending areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CX and commercial analytics, to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skillsto interpret data and generate insights for improvement. Display effective communication skillsto convey analysis results and recommendations to the customer experience and analytics teams. Display unwavering attention to detailto ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Support the development of user guides and documentation for dashboards to assist in user inquiries and dashboard troubleshooting. Exercise the ability to work independentlyand as part of a team in a dynamic environment, showing flexibility and initiative. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures. Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as needed. Ability to work overtime, as needed. Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 80% of a typical working day. Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously. Ability to use a telephone through a headset.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degreein a relevant field such as Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field. Currently enrolled in a Master's Degreeprogram, preferably in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or an MBA program with a focus on marketing or sales. Prior internship or project experiencein data analysis is preferred but not required. Proficiency in SQLfor querying and analyzing data. Experience with Python programmingfor data analysis and modeling. Familiarity with Tableauor other data visualization tools. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills. Ability towork independentlyand in a team, with strong collaboration and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, includingExcel(for data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting),PowerPoint(for creating presentations),Word(for documentation), andOutlook(for communication and calendar management). Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Experience withTableaufor visualizing performance data. Previousinternship or project experiencein sales analytics, marketing, or commercial operations. Experience or coursework inpredictive modelingoradvanced analyticsfor customer experience data. Understanding ofSQLandPythonfor data querying and analysis.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $56,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
