Summary:

As a Direct Bill Recruiter focused on BMET roles, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and placing highly qualified biomedical technicians into contract roles.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions, to include sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluation, and offers
  • Proactively source BMET candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking strategies
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of entry to senior-level BMET professionals
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical and soft skills
  • Drive referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote the company brand by leveraging social media and partnerships with relevant communities (e.g., technical schools, electronics/mechanical, STEM programs and associations, etc.)
  • Maintain candidate database via the Applicant Tracking System
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Create and implement unique sourcing techniques to drive candidates to the positions
  • Provide each applicant with a highly positive candidate's experience regardless of the outcome
  • Develop search strategies and build target lists of the top talent

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to perform technical interviews at a fundamental level
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail orientation and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Commitment to developing solid relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of candidates
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, SharePoint, recruiting systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment
  • Skill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and with outside agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associates
  • Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum four (4) or more years of sourcing and recruiting for BMET professionals
  • Minimum five (5) or more years' hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including assisting in developing job descriptions, sourcing, prescreening, submitting, interview set up, offer negotiation, and hiring candidates
  • Experience recruiting for cleared professionals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within the DoD BMET community
  • Previous government contracting experience
  • Experience with iCIMS

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $85,250 to $104,200.
