Helping Our People Thrive - wellbeing ensures our employees feel seen, heard and valued: Steelcase offers competitive wages and benefits, to support your life in and out of work Learning is the foundation of everything we do, and there is no shortage of development opportunities to grow and upskill Culture is a lifestyle at Steelcase and we live it every day Opportunity to lead innovative circularity programs that integrate sustainability into core business operations and drive measurable impact across the organization Supporting Meaningful Work: Lead the development, integration, and scaling of circular services across Steelcase's business units Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sustainability teams to align circular initiatives with business goals and customer value Manage multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across global teams Track and report on environmental and business performance metrics, including lifecycle assessments and carbon impact Maintain the service statement of line, available parts, and technical guidance for internal and external teams Identify opportunities to improve our sunset circular programs based on performance data and strategic fit Influence internal processes and external partnerships to support circularity, including contract development, order tracking, and service delivery Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in program management, product marketing, service design, or innovation Demonstrated understanding of circular economy principles, product lifecycle thinking, and business model innovation Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects Comfortable influencing without authority and aligning diverse perspectives toward shared outcomes Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and lead changes across global teams Strategic thinker with a hands-on ability to implement change, track metrics, and iterate based on results Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in services, marketing, business, sustainability, or related field; Master's preferred Experience within B2B or manufacturing industries Certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or equivalent Skilled in setting up and tracking environmental and business performance metrics, including lifecycle assessments and carbon impact reporting Proven success in launching and scaling customer-facing service initiatives Doing better for people and planet - when we do better, we help the world work better: Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
