Our Orlando team has an exciting opportunity for aiSenior Project Administrator who will beikey support role to Program Leadership team, handling recurring and as-assigned administrative and operational tasks for a large complex program. This position works closely with the program manager and the cross-functional leadership team.i

• Advanced user of MS office Suite
• Proficient organizational
• Experience planning, arranging, and coordinating travel and travel budgeting
• Superior people skills in support of business outcomes/objectives
• Experience supporting all levels of Management
• To work at this facility, you must be a US person

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Cost Point, Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira software program experience, IMS and financial support.
• Tracking and preparation of deliverables including scheduling, communication with responsible parties, proofing, and editing.
• Previous experience working in a defense contractor environment. Sr. Administrative Admin work in support of defense contracts, defense programs and program management a plus.
