Medical Device Operator Saint Paul, MN 6am-4:30 pm , Monday- Thursday Job Details: Start Date: ASAP (after screenings have cleared) Bill Rate (BR): $26.49 per hour (please submit at this rate) Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour Contract Duration: 6 months from start date (extension likely based on performance) Work Location: 100% Onsite - 1225 Old Highway 8 NW, St. Paul, MN (New Brighton facility) Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4 x 10-hour days) Overtime: As needed Positions Available: 2 About the Role: The Operator 1 (1st Shift) will work in the AVD Division producing high-quality medical device products. This position involves a combination of assembly, inspection, testing, microscope work (periodic), packaging, and boxing. Cross-training will be provided. The hiring manager is specifically looking for someone with previous soldering and microscope experience. Job Responsibilities: Build medical device products through assembly Inspect and test components and assemblies Perform microscope work periodically Package and box finished products Cross-train on various tasks within the department Operate electrical tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers Follow all cleanroom gowning procedures (hair net, beard net, shoe covers, safety glasses, gown) Maintain compliance with FDA and GMP standards Understand and follow SOPs accurately Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience working in a cleanroom environment within the medical device industry Hands-on assembly experience in medical device production Ability to speak, read, and write English Preferably experienced with SOPs, FDA, and GMP requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement) Interview Process: 1 interview only with the hiring manager (onsite, one-on-one) Bring a copy of your resume to the interview Dress: Business casual or professionally presentable Additional Information: Parking: Use visitor or non-reserved parking spaces Check-in: Enter through the main entrance and ask for Felton Range Division: AVD Division - Medical Devices Selected candidates will start immediately after screenings have cleared
