Are you passionate about creating efficient, people-centered workspaces? As an Occupancy Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping how our teams experience their environment. This dynamic position blends strategic planning with hands-on coordination to ensure our spaces evolve with the needs of our people.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner cross-functionally to orchestrate seamless Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs) and furniture reconfigurations.
  • Guide teams through office relocations and personnel shuffles, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Be the go-to expert on space standards and protocols, helping maintain compliance and consistency.
  • Lead space audits and walk-throughs, keeping occupancy data accurate and actionable.
  • Use tools like AutoCAD and iDrawings to update floor plans and manage space assignments.
  • Maintain and analyze CAFM data, run reports, and support decision-making with real-time insights.
  • Resolve helpdesk tickets and provide direction to service providers to keep everything running smoothly.

This position is hybrid and will be filled to work out of one of the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO or Lenexa, KS. You are required to come into the office 3 days a week to provide onsite facility support, team meetings and attend team collaboration sessions.

The salary range for this position is $43,400- $52,500 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Partners with other departments on move and relocation sequencing and execution for Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs) and furniture reconfiguration requests; obtains approvals to proceed when required.
  • Assists with personnel shuffles and/or office relocations as required.
  • Provides guidance on space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols and notifies manager of non-compliance
  • Coordinates space walk-throughs for validation and update of occupancy metrics.
  • Updates and/or provides drawings in AutoCAD for departmental use and uploading into iDrawings to reflect any changes.
  • Responsible for accuracy of employee and space data in iDrawings using Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software.
  • Runs queries, reports and/or spreadsheets and compiles data.
  • Processes requests for new seat assignments and executes scheduled employee moves in iDrawings for JH locations.
  • Handles and resolves helpdesk incidents assigned to WPM cases for JH locations.
  • Provides work direction to service providers.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of combination of experience as a workplace management planner or designer supporting the types of following areas: occupancy planner, space planner, project manager (construction or facility).
  • Must be able to multitask and have strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to manage and complete tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8-5pm CST; overtime and weekend hours may be required to support the business.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% to other Jack Henry office locations to support office moves, closings, furniture installations and attend Jack Henry meetings.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Associate degree.
  • Experience in interior design.
  • Experience utilizing AutoCAD, IWMS
  • Intermediate experience in MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers).
