What You'll Do: This position will spearhead the OCC's analytics function by partnering with business stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions and empower self-service business intelligence. The individual will manage a team that works closely with both business users and data engineering groups throughout the organization to enable data-driven decisions. This includes facilitating access to historical and near real-time data through exploration and analysis using both on-premises and cloud-based tools and technologies. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
Lead the OCC Centralized Data Analytics team in delivering business-focused analytics solutions Establish and maintain data analytics standards across the organization Collaborate with Data Engineers to define data availability requirements that align with business objectives Partner with the Data Governance Team to ensure analytics solutions utilize high-quality data Oversee validation of data models to confirm information accessibility in the analytics warehouse for analysis and dashboard development purposes Guide the migration from legacy analytics systems to the new Ovation platform, including refactoring complex SQL queries Oversee team collaboration with other Data teams to develop a business-friendly Semantic Data Layer Review and authorize documentation and testing protocols to ensure data accuracy and clarity Enhance business user capabilities by promoting self-service tools and improving data literacy through training materials and resources Identify and implement data and analytics best practices across the team Pursue ongoing professional development in data and analytics methodologies to improve solution maintainability and reliability Develop analysts' capabilities to independently address analytics challenges

- The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.

Salary Range $179,900.00 - $264,300.00
Incentive Range 23% to 30%
