What You Will Do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand and Operations Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of brand initiatives that enhance our market presence and drive business growth. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing brand projects, and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

  • Manage brand projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Lead projects with designers, external contractors and other teams to create cohesive brand messaging and visuals.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.

  • Project lead on strategy for media buys and execution.

  • Monitor brand performance metrics throughout different programs and optimize strategies as needed to achieve desired results, including digital and out-of-home campaigns.

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with agencies and sports partnerships to ensure effective collaboration and execution of brand initiatives.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand engagement and reach.

  • Prepare and present reports on brand performance and project progress.

  • Support PR initiatives, such as awards programs, and manage the day-to-day operations of the "Ahead of the Curve" brand blog.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or project management.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range

$115,700.00-$156,100.00
