Overview

This role will to identify and adopt best practices for sourcing provider candidates to support the strategic initiative growth of Carle Health. In addition, the Sourcing Specialist role has responsibility to provide support to the Provider Recruitment department. Serves as the primary contact for contracted vendors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a perpetual plan to identify and contact prospective candidates and support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates for active searches.
Lead projects to regularly improve recruiting, sourcing and marketing efforts that result in a top talent pipeline of candidates.
Research markets to expand target areas and develop strategies to source new candidates. Proactively conduct research and investigate new resources to create innovative sourcing strategies.
Maintain database of contingency and retained external vendors. Manage strong relationships with external vendors, and monitor and measures vendor performance and adherence to contract terms.
Responsible for preforming financial analysis of sourcing methods to ensure the most effective and economical methods are utilized.
Manage renewals and sourcing meetings and provide regular status updates and present qualified candidates to recruitment team in a timely manner.
Develop benchmarking and assessment tools for sourcing effectiveness; use technology, online, phone and in-person methods extensively, among others, to reach candidates during and out of typical office hours
Convert passive job seekers to applications and help facilitate the conversion of applications to hires.
Conduct virtual and in-person events to generate interest in and to source new candidates.
Ensure the designated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated appropriately; track and Analyze recruitment statistics and metrics. Track outreach, contacts made, applications received and hires
Ability to comprehend job descriptions and persona profiles and apply information to resumes on platforms to determine if candidate is a potential fit.
Accurately maneuver resume databases, job boards, recruitment fairs, Internet search tools, social media platforms, CRMs and applicant tracking systems, on-line databases, cold calling, professional organizations, personal/functional networks, and name generation as well as employee referrals to generate candidate leads.
Tracks, analyzes, and reports candidate pipeline status, recruitment trends, and key performance indicators.
Create materials to support employer brand, including graphics, images and written content. Collaborates internally with Communications/Marketing to prepare targeted marketing and media campaigns to generate a diverse candidate. Lead as an employer brand ambassador for job boards, job fairs, and sourcing tools.
Facilitate sourcing efforts: to external firms, maintains carleconnect.com, coordinates communication between marketing for website and social media, researches and recommends additional advertising and/or networking resources.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $27.9per hour - $46.59per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
