Overview
Responsible for preparing, conducting, reviewing and evaluating EMS educational programs within the System. Assists with initial educational programs and continuing education for System agencies. Provides recommendations to the EMS Education Director and the EMS Quality Assurance Coordinator for continuing education based on skills competency findings. Demonstrates and utilizes professional presentation skills through proper speech, timely implementation and appropriate media for the intended audience. Complies with all standards set forth by state, federal and local law and other regulatory agencies. Is held accountable for compliance with all McLean County Area EMS System and Carle BroMenn policies, protocols, and procedures. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $22.61per hour - $37.76per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
